We ship your order, deliver on quality

All of our products are one of a kind and this customising process takes longer than just packing a product pulled straight from the shelf. Chorus Print also guarantees everything we sell, so we review your order multiple times, even contact you if we spot a design issue, to ensure we're happy and you're happy with the product you receive. This sometimes takes a little longer than the estimated production & delivery timeframes below.

Delivery Offer

• FREE Delivery on orders over $250. Receive free Standard delivery when you spend over $250 (after discounts)

Standard Delivery

Cost: $12.95 or FREE on orders over $250.

Calculated from the day you place your order, these timeframes include the time it takes to print, ship and deliver your order.

Please note: The delivery timeframes listed are estimates only, not guarantees and do not include delays from our couriers. A delivery timeframe, specific to your delivery address and products in cart, will also be displayed prior to checkout.

Orders placed after 8pm AEST, over a weekend or on a public holiday are calculated from the next business day.

We want you to be 100% happy with each and every product that you receive from Bright Star Kids! We take great pride in producing custom made products especially for you that look beautiful and will stand the test of time.

If you ever have a problem with any of our products, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you.

For refunds and reprints, we may ask you to take a photo and/or send back the product to our team. Sorry, but we cannot accept change of mind returns on personalised products.
